Nobody loved children more than Jesus himself, but at Harvest Christian Center we try to run a close second! We love our kids and are committed toward continuing efforts to build and pour into their lives. We believe they are not only the future of the church, but they are one of our most vital assetts for the present. Because of that we offer Sunday School weekly at 9:45am and also have special ministry events and training throughout the year.

As another part of our continuing effort to pour into children and youth, we have developed the Sunday Morning “Kid’s World.” This is led my Marsha Tharp for children k-5th and they are dismissed from the main service after worship to receive relevant teaching on their level.

• Nursery is available for newborns - preschool.
• We also have puppet ministry and kid’s choir for k-5th

BGMC stands for the “Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge” and this is the children’s wing of the Assemblies of God Missions program. It allows our children to learn at an early age the value of reaching our world for Jesus Christ. Buddy Barrel is the ministry mascot and all funds go to help with literature expenses to spread the Word around the World.

We also offer monthly Bible Blast events which are another exciting opportunity to instill the Word of God. They include a variety of trips and events such as: swim parties, scavenger hunts, veggie tale nights and more.  What a great way for children to reach children!
